Del Mar College's Department of Music will host a Pre-UIL (University Interscholastic League) Concert Band Festival that includes a full day of local high school bands performing in preparation to perform during the annual UIL concert contest.
Performances will be audio recorded and adjudicated, and participants will also have an opportunity to practice their sight-reading skills.
All performances are open to the public throughout the day.
