Don't miss this three-day educational opportunity as the Texas Association of Black Personnel in Higher Education (TABPHE) holds their annual state conference in Corpus Christi with the Del Mar College Chapter serving as host. The conference will address the educational needs of African Americans in higher education and includes workshops targeted toward educators as well as a student leadership institute. Dr. Sylvia Carey-Butler, director of the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) Enrollment Management Program's Institute for Capacity Building, will provide the opening keynote. Dr. Carey-Butler is responsible for facilitating capacity building in recruitment, retention and graduation processes at UNCF's 39 member institutions. The conference is open to non-TABPHE members.
