YMCA HEALTHY KIDS DAY 2010Corpus Christi, Texas, April 10, 2010 - On Saturday, April 10, the YMCA of the Coastal Bend invites the Coastal Bend community to participate in YMCA Healthy Kids® Day, the nations largest health day for children and families. YMCA Healthy Kids Day includes fun, engaging and creative activities for children and families and promotes year-long wellness and healthy living. The event will be held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 417 S. Upper Broadway, Corpus Christi, TX, 78401. The event is free and open to the public. Activities will include: " Children Zumba Classes for all Ages " Interactive Martial Arts Demonstrations for different age groups " Obstacle Courses " Free T-shirts for the first 300 participants under 18 years of age " Many more interactive demonstrations and activities for children, aimed at preventing and educating against childhood obesity and diabetes.
